*It does require oil and water for mill-stone grinder or a food processor/juicer to grind paste. During the grinding process, the temperature goes higher and will damage its former nutrition. Due to high temperature, it will accelerate the oxidation and shorten the storage time.
  • Q

  • Q
    24. How is the temperature of the grinded butter?
    A
The temperatures of grinded butter for NBM-100 & 200 & 300 are around 40-50℃, it depends on the nuts oiliness and its roasted level. The more oiliness the nuts is, the faster flow and the low temperature that you can get during grinding.

NBM-400 is home-use type with low horsepower and low turning speed, so the temperature is lower than other models, so it can preserve its authentic taste. But the production of NBM-400 is the lowest among these 4 model types, which can produce only 8-12kgs of peanut per hour.
  • Q
    25. How to detect the disc?

  • Q
    26. Is the disc endurable or easy to get worn?

But if you would like to grind sesame seeds frequently or with a vast amount, it is suggested that buying a spare grinding disc for changing next time. It is because if the sesame seeds are not fully well roasted, it's hard to get adequate oiliness and will accelerate the damage of grinding disc due to the high temperature. Please replace the disc if necessary.
  • Q
    27. Shall the butter be stored in refrigerator? How long can it stay fresh?
    A

    A

As there is no enough fluidity, so it will easy to stuck the bearing, make the temperature goes higher.
  • Q
    29. What type of nuts/materials can be grinded?
    A

    30. Can I grind uncooked sesame, peanuts, or nuts?
    A
Raw nuts that contain very less oil are not recommended to grind. It is because it will lower down the grinding flow and easily cause high temperature. Therefore, all nuts should be roasted well prior to grinding. Also, we also recommend mixing different kinds of nuts to get a mixed healthy nuts paste, as the oiliness of nuts are different.
