  • Q
    34. Why cannot sesame paste flow fluently?
    A
The main reason is that the sesame seeds are not roasted or cooked enough or evenly. Such status can be improved by roasted way. Try some better quality of roasted sesame, and compare with their oiliness and fluidity.

Please do not use the sesame seeds that specially used for making sesame powder, it is because it contains vey little oiliness, so it will cause the temperature goes up during grinding and easy to worn out.

It is highly recommended to use the high quality sesame seeds with great roasted or cooked and stable oiliness.

    35. Does sesame, peanuts and nuts needs to be frie before grinding?
    A
    1. Roasted or cooked Sesame, peanuts and nuts will come out with perfect flavor and oiliness rate, as well as the better fluidity and lower temperature.
    2. Isufficient or unevenly roasted nuts will come out with less oiliness, bad fluidity, bad flavor and lead to high temperature. So the grinding disc will wear out more easily or faster.
    3. The nuts like pumpkin seed, almond, sunflower seeds and flaxseed seed, whch contains very less oil shoul be mixed with the nuts that contains rich oil (except sesame seeds) while grinding.
    4. It is highly suggested that using commercial sold roasted & good quality nuts with great cook and stable oiliness. We do have good nuts suppliers in Taiwan that provide high quality nuts with excellent price.
